Steve Vieux

Steve practices antitrust law with the FTC in its Bureau of Competition. At the FTC, Steve has led and participated in investigations and litigation matters concerning anti-competitive conduct and combinations in the health care and pharmaceutical industries.  Besides his involvement with the Washington Bar Association, Steve is also an active member of the D.C. Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Steve is currently a member of the Steering Committee for the Antitrust and Consumer Law Section of the D.C. Bar Association. He has also co-chaired both the Antitrust Committee and the Government Information & Right to Privacy committee of the ABA’s Administrative Law Section, and was previously a member of that Section’s Council.  He currently sits on the Council of the ABA’s Government & Public Sector Lawyers Division, and recently served as an ABA Advisor to the Uniform Law Commission’s Study Committee on Social Media Privacy. Steve received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated with a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
