Innovation - Support the Bar’s goals of developing innovative strategies to meet the increasing globalization within the legal profession and enhancing member connectivity through better use of technology.


About Arian

As a Counsel in WilmerHale’s Securities Litigation and Enforcement Department, Arian advises clients in government and internal investigations involving potential securities law violations. She has been named a “Rising Star” by Washington, DC Super Lawyers magazine in 2014 and 2015.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the University of Maryland College Park, Arian has served the legal community as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Washington Lawyers’ Committee and as Publications Director for the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee of the American Bar Association Business Law Section. She is also a member of the DC Bar John Payton Leadership Academy Class of 2014.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Arian served as a law clerk in the Fraud and Public Corruption Section of the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
