Dear WBA Members and Friends,
As you know, my theme for this bar year has been “Embracing a Legacy of Black Legal Excellence.” As I reflect on everything the WBA has achieved over nearly 12 months, I am truly grateful. Since its founding in 1925, the WBA has woven a rich history and built a distinguished legacy that must be preserved for the generations of Black lawyers to come. I believe the accomplishments of this bar year go a long way in meeting this objective. It is my pleasure to present the Washington Bar Association’s 2021-2022 Year in Review.
Thank you for the opportunity to lead and serve you this bar year.
Onward and upward!
